Hey, it's a New Year and we're ready to kick off the Kids' Class once again!!!
Capoeira, the Brazilian Martial Art Form, is a great way for kids to get/stay active - through Calisthenics, Kicks, Movement, Stretching and Acrobatics!!!
In addition, the use of Musical Instruments, Songs, and the Brazilian Portuguese Language keeps their minds engaged, helps sharpen their attentiveness, and the unique group dynamic of Capoeira teaches kids about Camaraderie and Teamwork as well!!!
We look forward to our returning students, as well as new faces!
